Cooking :: Bakut Teh Singapore

My mom got a present from Singapore, it's Bakut Teh Powder.


So, I try to cook it. We just need:

- Pork Rib Meat
- Garlic

How to cook?
- Boil the meat with plain water, until the froth rise to surface.
- Remove the ribs from the pot, then discard water. Clean the pot.
- Then Simmer the same ribs, with water and additional ingredients like mushroom, etc.
- Once simmering, add the Bak Kut Teh Powder and the garlic, and cook for 1 hour.
- Then serve it.
