Cooking :: Siomay

Every year, in the end of March and early April, we as chinese people, has held a Qing Ming Festival. Qingming Festival is when Chinese people visit the columbaria, graves or burial grounds to pray to their ancestors.

This time, my mom always make Shaomai. The Shaomai here, is different with Indonesian Siomay. The recipe is from my anchestor. We use pork meat.
