Acommodation :: South Korea Winter Escape Trip 6-15 January 2017

Because we need to apply visa, and one of the requirement is we already have accomodation, so we decided to apply via Airbnb.

Actually, the travel agent that I ask to help us apply for visa, offer us to help in accomodation matters. They can help us book for a while of accomodation, and we didn't have to stay there. It's only for visa applying.

But, me and my friends decided to confirmed it.

We plan to stay at Suwon 2 nights, and the rest in Seoul (5 nights).

At Suwon, we decided to stay at Ivy Stay.
(You can also book via agoda / booking.com, they all offered the room in there but the price is a more expensive).

I got room for 2 night, for USD$ 81 (or IDR 1.074.679) for 2 people,
so we spend IDR 537.339,5/person. (IDR 268.669,75/night/person)

Ivy Stay is near Suwon Station, walking distance only 7 minutes from exit 8 Suwon Station. And it's convenient to go to Paldal-gu and Korean Folk Village.

At Seoul, we stay at 10th Guesthouse, near Gongdeok Station. The Guesthouse located right in front of exit 10 of Gongdeok Station. So we didn't need to pull our luggage too far. We decided to stay in the center, near Seoul Station (only 1 stop from Geongdeok station), and also Geongdeok Station is one of station that passed by Airport Train.

I got room for 5 nights, for USD$ 199 (or IDR 2.689.112) for 2 people,
so we spend IDR 1.334.556/person (IDR 266.911,2/night/person)

So, for the accomodation, 7 nights, we spend IDR 1.871.895,5/person.

PS: At Airbnb, we can set the price into IDR. But remember, when you check-out, your credit card will be charge by USD (and based on Currency Exchange when the transaction date is written in your credit card statement -- not by the date when you do the transaction). So, maybe the IDR price is different with what you see when you confirmed the reservation. But the difference is not too much.

Arrive at KLIA2, we go to Sungei Wang Hotel by Taxi.

This is my 2nd time stay in here.

The hotel located in the middle of Bukit Bintang Road so it's easy to eat and walk around because there's so many restaurant and mall nearby

The hotel is budget hotel, and clean. Even the room is small, but it's enough just for sleep.
