This time, we stay at Le Grandeur Mangga Dua Jakarta because it's near Jakarta Convention Center. And I can spend time for shopping at ITC Mangga Dua.

We got special deal from Agoda, and I'm using my point too.

The room is big, I like to spend time in their lobby, because it's huge.
The hotel is an old building. We got some problem with our room key and we have to go back to the receptionist to change it.

But overall, it's nice to stay in here.

There's ITC Mangga Dua, Harco, a lot of mall around the hotel. And they have bridge to each of mall. You just need hotel key to go to the bridge.

We eat at Pizza Hut, at Mangga Dua Harco, right behind the hotel.

2016-11-09 Sial Interfood 2016, The International Exhibitions of Food and Beverage Industry (part 1)

Today, me and my brother, visit an Sial Interfood 2016, an international exhibitions of Food and Beverage Industry which held at Jakarta Convention Center Kemajoran. Their event is from 9th November 2016 to 12th November 2016.

My brother has a Roasted Coffee Course for 2 days. And I will look around the exhibitions.

We arrive there in the morning, then go straight to the exhibitions. There's 4 hall of the exhibitions, A-B-C-D.

Before, we have already registered online, so we have free entrance. If you didn't registered online until the time is determined, then you have to pay to enter the exhibitions.

We give the Organizer our confirmation letter, then they help us to make name tag. We have to use the name tag to enter the exhibitions.

There's a lot of product sells in here such as food, bakery, chocolate, and everything about food and beverage.

 There's some cafetaria outside the hall, you can eat lunch in there. But the price is quiet expensive.

We bought some snack. Usually, they sell promo such as buy 2 get 3, etc.

Child under 14 year's old, can't enter the exhibitions.
The exhibitions is huge, and a lot of peole from China, Japan and Korea participate in this event. My brother finished his course at 17:00, then we go back to our hotel.

IKEA Alam Sutera is house furniture and stuff store. Here you can find everything for your house. They designed the store, just like a home. More than 55 room solution which you can find with full inspiration for your house.

The store is 35.000m2 with a restaurant with more than 700 seat, and more than 1000 for car parking.

The place is so huge. For elders, it's not convenient to walk along the store because the area is too big. And they have some path, so you can explore everything.

The store is open at 10:00.

First, we will see kitchen and dining room area. And then there's some children's room, and playroom.

Jakarta Trip > My Niece's 17th Birthday Party ~ 9 September 2016 - 11 September 2016 > DKI Jakarta - Indonesia

Today, we will go to Alam Sutera. One of my niece will celebrate her 17th birthday party. The party will start at 12:00. And I heard that always there traffic to go there. So we decided to go at 09:00 from hotel. And will go to IKEA first before to the restaurant.

And there's no traffic at all. So we arrive at IKEA Alam Sutera at 09:40. The store has not opened yet, so we wait in front of the front door. A lot of people waiting in there.

Then, at 09:50, the security open the door, and we can walk around. But only the outside path. The inside path, still close.

Because we only go here to spend time, the elders feel bored easily. So we decided to go to the restaurant first. And to go to exit door, it need 30 minutes walk.

And we arrive at the Grand Nihao Restaurant at 11:30. No one arrive there yet, so we are the first.

The Grand Nihao Restaurant located at The Flavor Biss, a place like food court area, so there's so many restaurant in there. And there's a fruit store in here. Because we need some parcel for tomorrow, my cousin's engagement, so we decided to buy it here.

We are finish eating at 15:00. Because we are already at Alam Sutera, so I decided to explore the city. We go to Sumarecon Mall Serpong / SMS. The mall is crowded, because it's Sunday. And just like other mall, some famous store is available here.

We eat dinner at Solaria.

After eat dinner, we go back to Jakarta and rest.

There's a snack corner at Emporium Pluit mall, right in front of Hypermart. One of them is Croyaki, Croissant Taiyaki.

It made from Croissant, but we bake it like waffel. So it's crunchy and sweet.

There's some family event in Jakarta, from 9 September 2016 to 11 September 2016. So, I accompany my mom and aunties go to Jakarta.

With flight Batik Air from Yogyakarta at 07:40, to Jakarta, we arrive at Jakarta at 09:00 because traffic delay.

Our car rental already stand by at Terminal 1C to pick us up. Then we go to ITC Mangga Dua to shopping.

We eat lunch at Bihun Bebek Beijing.

Then we go to our hotel, Favehotel Pluit Junction. Because it's still early, our rooms still have been cleaned. So we decided to go to Emporium Pluit to walk around.

Emporium Pluit Mall located right next to Favehotel Pluit Junction. I decided to buy some Croyaki snack to fill our evening.

At 15:00, we go back to hotel and check-in. And prepare to go to the my newphew wedding party which located at Fairmount Hotel at Senayan.

This is a far away family's event, so I didn't too know them. But, I know that they still related to me.

And because of the traffic, the driver suggest us to to at 17:00. We arrive at Senayan at 18:00, and decided to drop by Senayan City to spend time.

At 19:00, we go back to the Fairmont Hotel, and it's really traffic jam in Senayan. Just to turn around, we need almost 30 minutes.

The wedding party still not started yet, so we waiting at the lobby. Then the bride and groom come, and we started to eat.

I think, my nephew'swife is a well known family, so many famous person in here. And the party itself is so glamourous. The food is delicious.

At 21:00, we go back to hotel to rest and it's still traffic jam. We arrive at hotel at 22:30.

Dunia Fantasi > Jakarta ~ The Capitol City of Indonesia ~ Indonesia

One of my far away relatives, 姨姨 in Magelang, hold her son's wedding party today in Jakarta. So me, my mom, one of my 姨姨，one of my 伯母, and also my brother's fiance, go to Jakarta together to attend the wedding.

The wedding party located at Discovery Hotel and Convention Ancol, and they give us free room. Because the hotel located inside Ancol, and my brother's fiance haven't went to Dufan, a famous amusement park in Indonesia, so I decided both of us today's plan is go to Dunia Fantasi while my mom and other's go to shopping.

We rent a car for those who go to shopping. As usual, I always rent from PPM Car Rental, by Ms Jenny. I always trusted her company to rent a car while I'm visiting Jakarta.

Dunia Fantasi only located besides Discovery Hotel. So Me and my soon-to-be sister only need to walk for 5 minutes.

Dunia Fantasi entrance ticket cost IDR 250.000/pax because it's Sunday. And for suggestions, don't go to here on Weekend, because too many people in there. Some of them is some company outing group and they bring their family.

We ride Kora-Kora, Halilintar, and also Niagara. We queue to ride Ice Age, a new game, and it's a long queue. We queue almost 2 hours. But when it will be our turn, something happened, and they close the game. What a waste.. T___T

For a game that child can ride, there will be a long queue when it's weekend or holiday. But for some extrim one, like Halilintar, or Rajawali, there's no queue. So, it's better to go here while not holiday.
