Kumayaki is a franchise Japanese Puff Snacks. The bread just like croissant, and you can add filling your fave taste.
And it open at Armada Town Square Magelang. So I try it, with chocolate fla.
They fill the fla from the backside. It's chocolate fla, and not pure chocolate, so the taste is different.

Culinary :: Maystar Jogja City Mall > Yogyakarta ~ Special District of Yogyakarta ~ Indonesia
There's a new restaurant in Yogyakarta. It's Maystar, which very famous in Jakarta. I have been there once (Jakarta Branch), but that time, my relatives invite us for breakfast dimsum.
Now, we try the once that just opened in Yogyakarta, because there's discount 30%.
My cousin, who has been there, choose the menu. And because we are 14 people, we need 2 table, and 2 pcs of every menu. And we choose medium size.

This is the famous soup in here.

We also buy some desert:
For the information, this restaurant is an expensive one. Maybe you can try order small size (I don't know how much the portion of small size, but it's cheaper).

Culinary :: Istana Mie dan Es, Artos > Magelang ~ Central Java ~ Indonesia
One of the restaurant that we can always find at Mall in Indonesia is Istana Mie dan Es. It's famous with it's noodle and ice. But, there's also another food in here.
Just like when I eat there with my friends, at one of their franchise in Armada Town Square, Magelang.
I order Rice with Butter Sauce.
This restaurant has different method of order compare with other common restaurant in Indonesia. In here, we have to pay first then eat and after finished, we just leave. We pay the food, not in cashier, but the waiter / waitress will collect our order and count it in front of us.
If you need change, they will collect your money first then give the change after put it on registry.
The food here has standard price for restaurant in mall. Not too expensive, but not too cheap either. And it's convenient to eat here because they have a lot of menu.

Culinary :: Pepper Lunch > Yogyakarta ~ Special District of Yogyakarta ~ Indonesia

Pepper Lunch is a "fast-steak" restaurant franchise popular in the Tokyo area. There are 226 restaurants in Japan, 23 in South Korea and Hong Kong, 33 in China, 6 in Taiwan, 7 in Malaysia, 9 in Australia, 42 in Indonesia, 16 in Thailand, 36 in Singapore, 2 in Macau, 6 in Vietnam, and 30 in Philippines, as well as 2 branches in Canada.
Pepper Lunch is a subsidiary of Pepper Food Service Co., Ltd. The restaurant's international operations are managed by Suntory F&B International. All of Pepper Lunch's branches serve Pepsi beverage products (as PepsiCo is a business partner of Suntory). The branch in Macau serve Coca Cola.
Pepper Lunch was created in 1994 by chef and inventor Kunio Ichinose, who wanted to serve quality fast food without hiring a chef. He devised a method using hot metal plates that are heated to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 Celsius) by an electromagnetic cooker. The raw meat with vegetables and/or rice are then placed on the plates, where they cook in front of the customer. The meat can be eaten rare or well done, depending on the customer's preference. The meal is then mixed with a choice of either the special honey brown sauce (Amakuchi) or garlic soy sauce (Karakuchi).

The first time I try this Pepper Lunch Restaurant was in Jakarta. Then, they open in Yogyakarta. When me and my mom visit Yogya to shopping, we decided to eat in here.
First we have to order and pay in cashier. We ordered Beef Pepper Rice.

When the food come, don't touch the plate because it's hot. Everything that put inside the plate except rice, is raw. So you have to cooked it on the plate by let it touch the plate until it reached your taste, well done, medium well, etc.

It taste like fried rice, but with blackpepper. You can add the seasoning by your self such as soy sauce, ketchup, tomato sauce, etc.
Becareful, because it's still hot.
