Fried Noodle Indomie

Because of the Pandemic Covid-19, we have to physical distancing, and less go out. So, I try to practise my video editor, then next time I can make vlog when travelling.

The most simple to cook something in this world is, making Instant Noodle.

Indomie is one of famous instant noodle brand in Indonesia and many people like this. They have the original taste of Indonesia. I like the taste of Fried Noodle Indomie, sometimes when I missed it, I will cooking instant noodle.

You just need to boil the noodle, until it's soft, drain well. Put the seasoning on the plate, then mix it together with the noodle.

I like to add half-boiled egg.

Enjoy and Happy eating.. :D

There's two Taiwanese Tourists  just like us, they want to enjoy the festival and fishing trot from the ice. They ask us if they want to join them, because they want to go to the other side of river. The staff from the bus station tell them, that maybe they can fishing in there.

But we didn't have any thought to fishing. So we decline their offer.

From English Village, we decided to walk to Heyri Art Village. Just cross the street in front of the English Village, and then turn left to small path beside the bus stop. And walk from there.

Heyri Art Village 헤이리 예술마을  is an artistic community in the unification hill district of sv:Tanhyeon-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It was constructed by artists, writers, painters and other creatives.

Heyri Art Valley is Korea's largest artistic community with an area of approximately 495,868 square metres (5,337,480 sq ft). In 1997, Heyri was conceived as a planned settlement. It began in 1998 with an inaugural meeting attended by 380 cultural artists. This unique community village integrates concepts that coexist in the fields of production, exhibit, sales, and habitation of cultural art. From a functional perspective, the Heyri Art Valley was planned with an urban form that focused on cultural businesses. It is home to many galleries, museums, exhibit halls, concert halls, small theaters, cafes, restaurants, bookstores, guest houses, art shops, and creative living spaces for artists. Each building was designed by dozens of nationally and internationally renowned architects, who also designed features of the natural landscape, such as mountains, hills, swamps, and brooks. The community derives its name from a traditional Nongyo (farming song), "the sound of Heyri," native to the region.

They close at Monday.

We eat lunch in here. We found Boys Over Flower K-Pop Drama famous restaurant, Farmer's Table. But it's a luxury restaurant. So we decided to eat at Tonkatsu Restaurant, near Farmer's Table Restaurant.

Lunch Ddak Galbi 닭갈비 :: Day 02 :: South Korea Winter Escape Trip 6-15 January 2017

First, we decided to eat lunch, because it's already time, and we haven't eat decent food yet. There's a shopping alley near guesthouse. And we found Ddak Galbi 닭갈비 Restaurant. (This food is famous at Nami Island, but last time, I bought the BBQ Chicken - Ddak Galbi and Pork).

Ddak Galbi 닭갈비 is a popular Korean dish generally made by stir-frying marinated diced chicken in a gochujang (chilli pepper paste) based sauce, and sliced cabbage, sweet potato, scallions, onions, perilla leaves, and tteok (rice cake) together on a hot plate.

Look at the cheese... I will miss this food

1 portion of Ddak Galbi 닭갈비is KRW 10.000. And we have to buy 2 portion, so for 3 people, we spend KRW 20.000.

It's really delicious, especially the cheese. But it's so spicy. Really, really spicy. So, if you can't eat spicy, it's not recommended to eat this. If you not too like spicy food, you can try it but with extra cheese.

For me, it's enough to buy 2 portion for 3 person. 1 portion is so big.
